Thanks Kaz, Belfast girl Brenda took the pics and inspired the whole thing, we’ve never met and collaborated over the net! Brenda liked our Dublin song, Sacred Ground, and I thought you Belfast guys should have your own, never expecting to actually write it! over a few weeks I sort of started it, did up a verse and chorus, Brenda added more words and all of a sudden I was recording it. It was actually a Wednesday morning I had set aside to track Break Of Day but City Of Life was screaming ’record me, record me!’ ...and here we are.
