I want to volunteer to be the one who runs alongside holding your saddle as you make those first wobbly starts. (Although I was born in India, I won’t be the volunteer to throw myself under the wheels as the juggernaut builds up speed) Ding-a-ling! x

You do realise that you have totally ruined my reputation as a serious cyclist posting these old photos on my old bike.....HA HA HA HA.....do I care ?..not a bit..it’s been such fun.
.x. ..hmmmmm...hurry up Tony..I’m at the top of the hill.....waiting....already had a shower and read the paper...given resus to Geoff who actually came by coach and Steve who came in his private Jet, Tricia and Karin who were in my panniers and Mikee who was actually strapped to my back.....bit tired now ! .x.

I’m back.... well...I told you I just had to go :) I gave away that old kit and crikey...how did I ever ride that dear old bike up that hill without getting off. (official photographers, that’s why) wooo hooo "Julia ring that bell"...you may laugh but it is a pre-requisite on touring rides that we have a bell.x.
