This is my original demo version of my tune Story teller. It eventually evolved into a much more uptempo song .Thought you might like to see how it was altered.

Darling wont you tell me?
If youre craving a story or two.
But please ensure you warn me...
Well, you know what Im likely to do.

Because recounting and reconstructing,
And wrapping it up to be amusing has never been...
One of my qualities.

I may not be the kind,
Of man you had expected would play a prominent role in your life.
Perhaps its ;cause I;m slightly shy,
But ranconteur Im certainly not and Im often left wondering why.

Well, I can take you anywhere.
But I can never make you laugh.
I will identify with flair- the times Ive failed to make you laugh.
You make me feel I ought to start...
But somehow Ive appeared to win your heart.

Well is there something lacking?
When Im flustered and floundering.
Im hapless and its happening.
And Im as mute as a man can be.
I know its futile and its frustrating,
But equally useless is debating,
As writers block.
Invades my eloquence.
