At least i think so
Others see differently
Doesn’t make any difference to me
My old schoolmaster asked me years back
What’ll you do when you’re all grown up

Money well i never had much
So i guess i’ve never missed it
No fancy cars an such
And thankfully
No chance to be materialistic
Give me cold beer
And a packet of smokes
And a girl with a pretty smile
Temptation fires the imagination
Loved that lovin in freestyle
If you wanna call it failure
I know it by another name
Go ahead call me loser
You don’t know what i’ve gained
What is it you expect me to do

Jump from a roof

To bury the hell i raised
If you threw me another lifeline
I still wouldn’t survive unscathed
Guess i could’ve done some growing
But all that i’ve grown is old
Far from the kings in their counting house
Worshiping their bags of gold
