have memories of my father on his death bed! not nice . I think from our generation we all try to do our best by our parents and not let them down, when they have gone, you miss there words of encouragement or discouragement and use those words as a guide, god I miss them,I don’t think the younger generation give a dam about respect for any one let alone there old parents, any way heavy words my friend heavy words.

FreeMan that was powerful....my Mother found her Mother dead in bed this past Mother’s day.....very peaceful with her headphones on listening to a book on tape...just went quietly away.....I’ still hurtin’

good method acting! -don’t we all use it to perform..lol
I learned truth to old sayings like-time healing wounds, nothing else works..My Mom dug music too from Arthur Fiedler and the Boston Pops to "Bridge Over Troubled Waters"-my first 45’s from her-A Boy named Sue(!)Then The White Album ON my B-day(!) haha- those memories I keep-as for my Dad well..time helps you forget the details..if you let it...I have-mostly. The rest you let go-before it turns toxic. ’scuse the ramble-1st coffee! ~~peace~~
