This one is a couple of years old. I wanted to see if I could play a whole band by myself. This is me on keyboard, tin whistle, accordion and violin! Hahaha, the banjo is a tenor, and some time ago I wanted to create an old fashioned jazz band...they all have a banjo player in it playing chords. Unfortunately my fingers give me problems with grabbing chords (due to a car accident) so no jazz banjo. Then I read somewhere that a tenor is also used for so called Irish banjo. That suits me better. It is easier for my fingers to play note after note instead of grabbing a complicated chord where all fingers have to be in the right position at the same time.

Yes, the drums and bass are keyboard. i have the problem that I don’t play guitar. There should have been a guitar in it. so I had to find some other source to get the whole thing going. Problem with these songs is that the speed is always a bit steep lol. you really need a good guitar player. I solved it with the polka rhythm on keyboard.

Thank you very much for your kind words! I am proud of the violin part in this song. I had not played for 30 years when I did this one. Unfortunately I have some problems with the fingers on my left hand due to a car accident so playing the violin is very difficult now...somehow I did it! It makes me very happy to see all these comments coming in... Thanks again!!

I love to do the one woman thing...nobody around to play with...and if there is someone willing he or she cannot play...or they live too far away...or they don’t like the music. so I want to be self sufficient, at least I try. nothing wrong with playing with yourself...it eases the tension lol!
