This is a song written by myself and the late William O Grady( my Father). It describes a day when he visited his beloved hometown of Wicklow in Ireland. His youngest Brother Paddy was also visiting and they had not seen each other in a while. They tried to meet up but kept missing each other as they checked out various Pubs in the town. By the time they eventually met they had had more than a few! The lyrics( written by my Dad) are gentle and touching and reflect the close relationship betwen the two Brothers.
