It began as an experiment, but turned out cooler than we expected. As we dove deeper into this song, which Roland recorded using only acoustic instruments, we not only found it to be an awesome learning experience (how to master a pop/dance song without succumbing to the Loudness War, for starters!) we also discovered this song was about more than just going out and having a good time, it’s about finding your voice and USING IT. I like the sound of that.
